Xcaret ticket prices in 2026
Xcaret sets its prices in US dollars and Mexican pesos. The other currencies in the online store are conversions: when we opened it from Spain, the basic ticket showed as €123.55 online and €137.28 regular, at that day's exchange rate. The table shows the adult price online when booked 7 or more days ahead and, in parentheses, the regular price.

Children aged 5 to 11 pay 75% of the adult price: in the official booking tool, the basic child ticket booked ahead came to MXN 1,860.64. Ages 0 to 4 go free.
The big question is basic or Plus. The basic ticket includes the three underground rivers, the beach, the cove, the aquarium, the butterfly pavilion, the aviary, Mundo de Niños, the shows, Xcaret México Espectacular and parking. It does not include food or snorkel gear, which you can rent for USD 10.99 plus a refundable USD 25 deposit.
Xcaret Plus adds a buffet at your choice of five restaurants, with unlimited coffee and aguas frescas and one beer per adult; the Plus Area, with private changing rooms, restrooms and lockers; and fins and a snorkel mask. Booked ahead it costs USD 161.10, compared with USD 134.10 for the basic ticket. When it is cheapest
The date does not change the price: the basic ticket cost the same every day from November 2026 to February 2027, Christmas and New Year's Eve included. To pick a date by weather and crowds, see the crowd calendar for Xcaret.
- 7 or more days ahead: 10% off the basic, Plus and night tickets. With less notice, you pay the regular price.
- 2-day packages with another park or tour from the same group (Xel-Há, Xplor, Chichén Itzá Deluxe…): 20% off. The "Arma tu paquete" (build your own package) option lets you combine up to 4.
- Two parks on the same day (Xcaret with Xplor, Xplor Fuego or Xenses): special price, with no published amount.
- Mexican nationals: the PROMOMEX coupon gives an extra 10% and stacks with the advance-purchase discount, bringing Plus down to MXN 2,682.31, 19% less. Only for purchases in MXN and with an INE/IFE card or passport.
- Quintana Roo residents: Xcaret Plus for MXN 1,649 (regular price MXN 3,311.50) with proof of residence.
- Mexican seniors with an INAPAM card: up to 50% off.
- Cards issued in Mexico: up to 15 interest-free monthly installments.
- Black Friday: in 2025 Xcaret took 20% off the basic and Plus tickets from 27 November to 2 December, for visits from 7 days after purchase. The 2026 page says "Coming soon": the FAQ sets the start date as 27 November, with no discount published yet. El Buen Fin 2026 has no date yet. More parks in our Black Friday theme park guide.

Where to buy tickets
Buy from the official store at xcaret.com: that is where you get the 10% advance-purchase discount, the packages at 20% off and the resident coupons. The currency you choose determines the payment methods; for PROMOMEX, choose MXN.
Before you buy
- The basic ticket does not include food, snorkel gear, optional activities, photos or transportation.
- The park is open every day from 8:30 to 22:00; the night ticket is valid from 16:00.
- Resident discounts require ID: an INE/IFE card or passport, proof of residence in Quintana Roo or an INAPAM card.
